Overall Process
Presenting Authors are requested to create an account by prior registration. The same account will be used when you submit and edit your abstract. Please keep the EMAIL and PASSWORD used to create the account for future use. - It is ESSENTIAL that you read the instructions below before you submit.
- The Presenting Author must submit the abstract and is required to be the contact for that abstract
- Multiple abstracts can be submitted under the same account, only if the abstract is presented by the same Presenting Author.
- Abstracts can be edited at any time up to the deadline.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Abstracts are to be a 1,200-letter description of your work.
- All content must take up no more than half a page.
Presentation Type
All abstracts submitted are considered as abstracts for Poster Presentation.
If you wish to present your abstract orally, check the box for Oral Presentation. These abstracts will go through a peer-review process and the final decision will be made by the Conference Scientific Committee. The decision will be notified by email to the Presenting Author.
Abstracts selected for Oral Presentation will be presented during the Trainee Session. Each presenter will have 7 minutes for presentation followed by 3 minutes Q&A.
Please note that the abstracts selected for Oral Presentation should also be displayed as posters during the Poster Sessions.
Presentation details for Poster Presentation (session, date, time and format) will be notified later by email to the Presenting Author and in the ICGSK 2019 webpage.
Submission Guidelines and Template
Please adhere to the following formatting guidelines when preparing abstracts for submission for ICGSK 2019.
The online abstract submission system is a simple step by step process and will ask you to input the following details:
- Upload Abstract file (.doc or .docx)
- Category must be chosen from the category list provided.
- If you wish to apply for Oral Presentation, check the box.
You can view your abstract by logging into the online abstract submission portal and edit your abstract at any time up to the registration deadline.
